This modern and well-equipped holiday house is ideal for four people with one small child. In a living area of approximately 100 square metres, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a roomy shower, WC and hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen and an eating and living area. The living area, with a comfortable leather settee, satellite TV, a DVD-player, radio, internet access via a modem, is open-plan with the eating area and kitchen. There is an enclosed terrace and garden with sufficient sunbeds, garden furniture and a grill which can also be used as a barbecue for pleasant evenings on the terrace. Many a warm evening can be spent here enjoying the pleasant atmosphere with good wine and freshly grilled food. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There are all the usual utensils, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee-machine, a kettle, sufficient kitchenware, ironing equipment and there is a washing-machine at your disposal. The dining table is big enough for meals taken in common, the bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
